About MFGio
MFGio creates products and platforms that improve manufacturing performance and connect capability to demand.
How MFGio started
A third-generation tool and die maker who took over his family's small machine shop then went on to buy a few more shops, realized that running more than one floor made the same headaches louder: who has open spindle time, where a job sits, what the supply chain looks like, and how to move work when one shop is slammed and another has room. He built software to connect those shops and straighten out the daily friction so the teams could see what was going on and act on it together.
That work turned into MFGio. The goal is simple: give small and mid-sized manufacturers tools that fit how shops actually run, and help them tie production and capacity together when it counts.
What we build
Manufacturers operate in complex environments: machines, people, suppliers, schedules, and customers all changing at once. Our focus is practical: make performance visible, sharpen supply chain clarity, and help teams coordinate capacity across facilities.
MFGio serves manufacturing teams that want deeper insight into production performance, including OEE. The same stack supports organizations that need secure, reliable platforms to match verified capability to demand.
Why
There is a consistent pressure point across American manufacturing SMBs: retiring owners need paths to transition, employees need stability, flexibility, and purpose, and customers need dependable capacity. MFGio supports that direction with software and network infrastructure. Stronger small and mid-sized manufacturers stay competitive, keep people working, and keep customers supplied.
We build for owners and operators who measure success in uptime, on-time delivery, and trust across suppliers and programs. When those outcomes improve, the whole local community around a shop improves with them.
